Monique started her insurance journey 6 years ago, and has now brought her skills to DenTen as our Chief of Staff and Human Resources Administrator. Her innovative and comprehensive approach to insurance has set the bar throughout our team as she effectively manages all human resource operations within the company. She embodies her mantra “A positive mindset brings positive things” by focusing on the good, but also proactively solving any issues in a given situation.
Something notable about Monique is her background in volunteer work. She supports the Humane Society of Walden, Guiding Eyes, ASAP, and Helping Sea Turtles Survive. She also enjoys hiking, horseback riding, or cooking during off-hours.
She’s looking forward to creating relationships with her clients, and creating a positive experience for all.
